My name is Kent P. Barnett and I help organizations and individuals “Become Better than the Sum of Their Parts.” My areas of specialization include aligning technology and business efforts. My specific experience is helping organizations of all sizes conduct projects in the Proof of Concept Phase for existing and new products or services. Over the past fifteen years, I have delivered successful PoC projects for several large multi-national organizations. Each of these PoC or Pilot efforts has helped lead to successful implementation and/or launches of new products or services.

Over the course of my career, I have established three businesses, each of which was centered on helping organizations combine and align business and long-term technical strategies for large-scale initiatives.

•    Project Resources, Incorporated, which provided Strategic Technical Project Managers for companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Pennsylvania and Oklahoma, BellSouth, and several others before being an acquired by ESI International. 
•    Management Outsourcing LLC that provided Strategic and Turnaround solutions services to Alcatel and Telstra in Sydney Australia, United States Navy NCIS Division in Washington, DC, Oracle, Freddie Mac, and others.
•    Osmosis Consulting Group, LLC created after the dissolution of Management Outsourcing, which continued work with Freddie Mac and Hilton Worldwide, and other companies.
